A note on privacy

This form is for parents and guardians aged 18 or older. Your name, contact information, care preferences, FaceTime availability, neighborhood, and children’s ages are stored for the authorized booking administrator to review and respond to your request. When email notifications are enabled, these details are also sent through our email provider to sitters@maddieandolivia.com, with a separate copy to the email address you provide. They aren’t displayed publicly.

Please leave children’s full names, street addresses, and medical details out of the form. You can discuss these directly before care is confirmed. Submitting a request doesn’t take payment or subscribe you to a mailing list. An emailed copy acknowledges your request; availability and final pricing still need confirmation. Automatic text messages are not sent.

Keep your request reference. When the booking administrator contacts you, you can ask to correct or remove your information.
